Missouri Sens. Kit Bond and Jim Talent have introduced legislation to name a new courthouse in Cape Girardeau after Rush Limbaugh, noting his "impeccable character and integrity" and concluding that "it is only fitting that the new federal courthouse be named after this great hero of American Jurisprudence."
Now, now, before you get all hot and bothered, the senators are referring to Rush Limbaugh, Sr., the grandfather of the specially-aroused conservative talk show host. The senior Limbaugh lived to the ripe old age of 104 and was quite a respected trial lawyer, thus the legislation.
Interestingly, the release at Sen. Talent’s site does not refer directly to Viagra Boy at all. "Four of his grandsons followed in his footsteps and pursued legal careers including his grandson Steven Jr. who is now a Missouri Supreme Court Justice," is how it ends. I guess within the legal context of the bill, Rush wouldn't technically merit a mention. But they could have at least thrown him some kind of bone. To go with his perma-boner.

Dont kid yourself, they may not mention him, but it's aimed at Rush the Younger. Why else do you think they studiously did not mention him?
