Rush Limbaugh: Michael J. Fox either off meds or acting

Actor Michael J. Fox recently appeared in an ad for Missouri U.S. Senate candidate Claire McCaskill (D).  In the ad, which was about stem-cell research and how incumbent GOP Sen. Jim Talent doesn’t support it, it was clear that Fox was off medication to calm the visible effects of Parkinson’s Disease.  So what does molder of conservative opinion Rush Limbaugh have to say about it?  Obviously desperate to offset the power of the Fox/McCaskill ad, he uttered the following:

I stated when I saw the ad, I was commenting to you about it, that he was either off the medication or he was acting.  He is an actor, after all.

Now why, you might be wondering, would a guy like Limbaugh waste his time going to bat for a gimpy, nondescript Republi-bot like Talent?  Perhaps it was because Talent co-sponsored a bill to name a courthouse for Rush’s grandfather.  Talk about scratching each other’s back, or whatever twisted things they do down in the Dominican Republic under the influence of Viagra.
