Save $600 off the Oxford English Dictionary... but wait, there's more!

The OED has gotten a tad more affordable for those of us with a little spending money to throw around (raise your hand, all 2–3 of you).  They’ve gone nuts and lopped off almost $600 off the usual price for the 20–volume print edition of the world’s most renowned linguistic tome.  Yes, I said $600… the usual price for the hefty set is a mind-boggling $1,500.

But that’s not all, kids!  In addition to the set, you get a nondescript plastic thingamajig that’ll provide you with hours of fun as you fatten your brain with the thoroughly-researched etymology of such words as “floccinaucinihilipilification,” “pneumonoultramicroscopicsilicovolcanoconiosis,” and the ever-popular “cwm.”
